Yukon

Yukon is Canada’s westernmost territory (in the north), bordered by Alaska to the west and British Columbia to the south. Its capital is Whitehorse. In 2021, Yukon’s population grew by ~12.1 %, the fastest among provinces and territories, to reach just over 45,000 inhabitants. The territory’s economy is grounded in mining, tourism, natural resources, and increasingly in addressing northern development and connectivity.
